What is Agile Practice

Agile Practice is a collection of ideas, comments, thoughts, tools, games and reviews that relate to the agile methodologies. The content it is based on the professional experience and expertise of the site authors. But Agile Practice is also open to host pertinent and relevant content of any contributor. Please contact us if you want to freely publish it within the pages of this site.

Agile tools

People and interactions are essential to Agile practice. Yet we truly believe that, in order to play, try, learn and do everyday tasks, agile teams need the help of some intelligent tools. Used with wisdom, these aids allow teams to conduct successful ceremonies — as Retropoly does for retrospectives — or to assess their true progress — as Agile Excellerate does for team agility.
